RACHEL HEDRICK
Studio Director | Senior Beauty Therapist and Microblading Artist
Director of The Natural Studio, Rachel became a fully qualified Beauty Therapist in 2013. After studying at the prestigious Steiner Academy in London, Rachel began her career on cruise ships. After gaining International experience she returned to Australia opening her first salon in 2016.
With an eye for detail and a love for creativity, Rachel fell in love with brow treatments which lead her into Microblading. Travelling to Perth for her studies with Hier Arch Brow Academy in 2020. Creating natural-looking brows for any client, at any age, is what Rachel is truly passionate about providing to her clients.
Rachel leads her team of talented therapists at The Natural Studio and prides herself on providing a welcoming and genuine space for her clients to bring out the best version of themselves, while enhancing their natural beauty.
Bec has been a Beauty Therapist since 2012, joining The Natural Studio team in 2023 and bringing with her a wealth of knowledge in skin treatment experience.
Bec’s career as a therapist lead her into her passion for helping clients with remedial massage. Allowing her to help her clients reduce pain, aid in recovery and to feel an overall sense of balance.
Bec creates a nurturing space where people feel supported, understood, and genuinely cared for. Making her the perfect fit for our team and clients.

CASEY SKINNER
Intermediate Beauty Therapist | Brow, Lash and BIAB Artist
Casey has been a Beauty Therapist since 2023, joining us a with a strong foundation in brow and lash treatments and specialisation in BIAB nails.
Caseys career as a PA only furthered her love for helping people and making her clients feel valued and looked after. She radiates warmth and kindness, creating a genuine environment for her clients when they visit.
What Casey loves the most about beauty is the ability to enhance and transform her clients features and to help them feel confident inside and out. With an amazing artistic vision and attention to detail, Casey brings a unique blend of skill and passion to our studio.
Meg started her career as a Beauty Therapist in 2022, and joins our team specialising in brow and lash treatments.
In addition Meg has trained in lymphatic drainage massage, further strengthening her skills as a therapist and care for her clients.
Her passion for beauty came from a love of helping people and wanting them to feel their best. She embodies kindness and attentiveness in the studio and creates a welcoming, calm space for her clients to visit.

Lucy is the friendly face that welcomes you the moment you walk through our doors. Behind the scenes, Lucy keeps the studio running smoothly, managing appointments and making sure every detail is taken care of.
With a background in supportive roles, Lucy brings a deep sense of compassion, attentiveness, and professionalism to the studio — no matter how busy the day gets.
